Always contact your bookmaker first. Oddschecker simply connects you to your bookmaker account.
If it's a technical issue on our side, then of course do get in touch and we will do our very best to fix the problem as soon as possible.
If a dispute involves a bet placed through Oddschecker, please contact us via our contact form (after contacting the bookmaker) and include the following:
- The name of the bookmaker you placed the bet with
- A screenshot of the bet receipt (Oddschecker and bookmaker)
- Date/time the bet was placed
- Your bookmaker username
- Nature of the complaint
Once we have this information we can investigate the issue and get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.
